Part One
Speedy Videos - MG2 will be sold in Malaysia and Taiwan at the same time
(Kuala Lumpur) MG2, who will get the rights!
Last year, Speedy Videos managed to buy over the rights to MG. This year, even before MG2 has started its filming, it already caused an uproar amongst fans of MG. There were already many (video) companies who have started bidding for the Malaysian rights of MG2 then (earlier this year). The general manager of Speedy Videos has formally informed Guang Ming Ri Bao that they have attained the Malaysian rights to MG2.
So when will MG2 be shown? According to the contract signed, Speedy can only start selling the VCDs after the Taiwan TV station has completed the screening of the drama. This will mean that it will be a long wait for MG fans. Instead, Speedy will be selling MG2 VCDs in 3 lots.
The general manager of Speedy explained that when Taiwan has completed showing the 10th episode, Malaysia will start selling the 1st set, episode 1-10. As there is a total of 30 episodes, it will be 3 sets in total (10 ep per set). This way, MG fans need not wait as long and fans are less likely to buy pirated copies. Last year when MG was introduced, Malaysia could only start selling when Taiwan has finished its telecast of MG, and when it was time to introduce the original VCDs, the pirated ones have already made its way into the market. But besides selling it in 3 separate sets, Speedy will also be introducing another package which will sell the full set (after Taiwan completes its airing of MG2). So there will be 2 different packaging.

Part Two - Da S’s Kissing Experience:
Da S and Jerry Yan filming romantic scenes in Spain:
Meteor Garden’s filiming in Spain was supposed to be an romantic affair, but for Jerry and Da S, the longer filming went on, the more nervous they felt. Da S confesses, “I was really scared.” This is due to the fact that she’s afraid her boyfriend might not be impressed, sometimes, she even had to kneel down for forgiveness.
Da S has admitted that due to inner pressure, when filming kissing scenes between San Cai and Dao Ming Si, NG scenes were countless, she says “I thought to myself at the time, Yan Cheng Xu must want to slice me up!” But for Jerry, the feeling wasn’t so pleasant either, he says “She’s already got a boyfriend, I wouldn’t dare be too close to her!”
Da S jokes that whenever she has a kissing scene with Jerry, she must report it to her boyfriend, if he’s not too happy, she must kneel down to apologise. Hence, when filming she was feeling really apprehensive, she could only kiss on the mouth but must be thinking about someone else.
When MG 1 was filming, Da S was known for her fainting throughout but due to a bit of TLC, her health can be compared to a ‘cow’. She even laughed at Jerry and Michelle for feeling unwell in Spain, whilst herself ate well and slept well. Jerry Yan has now started to ‘learn’ (despite always liking it) to play basketball as a way of keeping fit. Often, he would get together with Jay Chou and Liu Geng Hong, the threesome would work out together. They would often be spotted at the sports arena creating madness among fans (this is a new look out for the 3 stars!)
The usually, unhealthy Jerry has taken a liking for fruit. Whilst in Spain he basically lived on fruit and cultivated the nickname “fruit fox”. In preparation for his new album, Jerry has been trying to watch as many films as possible (weird huh? Thought he’d be listening to music!). Currently, his favourite movie star is the Matt Damon, who is at the moment in Taiwan (and Australia last week!). But when asked about Matt’s new movie “Bourne Identity”, Jerry replied a little embarrassed, “Haven’t actually had a chance to see it due to filming…”

Part Three
Vanness Wu Jian Hao did not let Jerry and ZZ take all the glory, fimali he can "fall in love"! MG2 secretly arranged for Vanness a heartwarming (ke4 ku3 ming2 xin1) love story, even until now, Vanness is still unaware and dat's supposed to be a surprise for Vanness from the playwright and producer.
The upcoming storyline, besides Jerry and Da S's relationship affected coz of Michelle Saram, ZZ continuing to pursue real love, Vanness's love story and Ken's mixup into business war, all r new developments and F4's frenship will take a conflicting turn will reflect the reality of the working world.
Vanness as Mei Zuo in MG, is a happi-go-lucky playboy, nv faithful in his relationships and esp towards older women, all cant escape his 'clutches'. Actuali Vanness, had alwaz been envious of Jerry and ZZ's story in the show, being able to fall in love and he oso said wan to reali fall in love.
The drama unit considered DMS, SC and HZL's love story will not be able to cover the entire show dvlpment, hence decided to increase other's xi4 fen4, first thing dat came to their mind was to arrange a gan3 qing2 xi4, but not disclosed to him yet.
Will Vanness be arranged to fall in love wif someone older? The unit said, of coz not, Vanness will def b arranged to fall in innocent love, whole idea is to let Mei Zuo appreciate real love.
In the show, Vanness's a playboy. However, outside of the screen, he's a big boy. There was once he went for Jap cuisine, he purposely stuck a piece of dark seaweed onto his teeth and took a pic, made a photoframe wif shells and gave dat to his producer, Cai-jie, on her bday, giving her an unforgettable bday present.
Bcoz of his childish playfulness and ABC background, the questions he asked often made the crew 'faint', like when holding on to his script, he went ard asking ple, "Wats the meaning of 'bu2 xing4 zhong1 de1 da4 xing4'? (it means blessing in disguise). And oso, when the crew told him in a serious tone dat he shd noe how to self-protect, he asked "Wats dat?"
Ever since he stepped into the entertainment circle, he had alwz been outshined by Jerry and ZZ, asked if he felt bad abt dat? He said optimisticly,"Def not." He said, F4's relationship will not be affected by all the comparisons and being a singer is his greatest wish, now dat he can fulfill his dream wif his solo piece, iz the best thing for him.
